A Blueprint for Workforce Housing in the Highland Lakes

Congratulations to the Texas A&M May's MBA Team!
Their completion of Phase II of the Blueprint for Workforce Housing Project
and their exceeding the goals to refine the computer model consisting of the current and
projected housing data in the Highland Lakes, its relationship to employment in the region
together with growth forecasts in various population segments, such as retirees and self employed,  that it may be possible to more accurately project the future housing needs at various income levels.
This completion of a "plug and play" computer tool with user imputs for forecasting will
enable builders and community leaders to limit speculative planning as it pertains
to housing in the Highland Lakes.
